This is an original painting, titled "And Still the Sun Rises" on a 9" x 12" canvas panel. It expands on a meditative mindset I often find myself in. Forever at the mercy of the duality of man.

What is the past? Where does it end? Where does the present begin? When will the future find us? How do we get there? 

In times of distress, I find solace in knowing I will never be here, in this moment, again. Tomorrow is a new day.
