- Once it leaves my hands, 333 Creative is no longer responsible for the package. If the item is lost or damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery/issue.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. All shipping is done using USPS.
- Shipping costs for Commissions will be explored with you in your commission consultation.
- Packages are sent out Monday-Thursday and tracking will be sent through email. If you do not receive a confirmation email/tracking email, please reach out via email @ gatian.sarah@gmail.com or reach out over Instagram @ 333creativellc
- At this time, US shipping only. I apologize for any inconvenience.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for the processing of your order. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Shipping times vary by location and are out of my control.
